If you experience problems with SoftLINK running on machines which have an onboard graphics cards as well as an additional video adapter, you will need to disable the onboard controller. Most onboard video chips have a method for disabling the onboard video adapter, allowing you to successfully use an add-on video card.

Note: Disabling the onboard video adapter is typically a BIOS option. Older motherboards may require the addition or removal of a jumper on the motherboard itself.
